Shipping time for flat rate shipping can vary greatly. We recommend using an expedited shipping method for time-sensitive orders.
Please note that ground carrier 2-day, 3-day, and overnight options may not include Saturday delivery.
International orders containing pre-ordered or backordered items will not ship until all items are available.

Returns accepted for one year from time of purchase with prior authorization. Please call 740-264-9535 to obtain authorization number – number must appear on outside of package to be accepted. Merchandise must be in excellent resalable condition. Customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. All CDs and DVDs are non-returnable.
