Customer Service FAQs
We strive to process all orders within two business days, but this timeframe may vary during peak seasons. Quoted shipping times do not account for processing time – you will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships. Shipping time for flat rate shipping can also vary greatly – we recommend using an expedited shipping method for time-sensitive orders. Please note that ground carrier 2-day, 3-day, and overnight options may not include Saturday delivery.
International orders containing pre-ordered or backordered items will not ship until all items are available.
If your order is damaged or missing an item, please call or email Customer Service as soon as possible for instructions. For damages, please retain the original packaging. Damages and shortages must be reported within seven (7) days of receipt of your order.
Returns are accepted within the following timeframes from the date of invoice:
- Individual Customers – within 30 days
- Parish/Non-Profit Accounts – within 90 days (20% restocking fee applicable)
- Re-seller Accounts – within 180 days (20% restocking fee applicable, unless returned within 60 days)
Merchandise* must be in excellent, resalable condition in order for a refund to be issued. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
To return your order, please email Customer Service to obtain an authorization number and return instructions. When returning your item, the authorization number must appear on the outside of the package to be accepted.
*Note: CDs and DVDs are non-returnable.
Yes, international customers are welcome to place orders through the St. Paul Center. Please note that totals for international orders do not include taxes or duties that may be assessed by your country or brokerage fees assessed by the shipping carrier. We recommend that you check with your country’s customs office and the shipping carrier to determine if any charges may be due on delivery.

If you need to cancel or change your event reservation, we ask that you notify Customer Service at customerservice@stpaulcenter.com as soon as possible. Cancellations within 7 days for parish events will not be refunded. Cancellations within 30 days for other major events (i.e. conferences, retreats, annual Gala) will not be refunded but may be credited to a future event within the next year. Any cancellations without notice will not be refunded or credited to a future event.
