Imitatio Christi Award

Jonathan Roumie

Jonathan Roumie plays the role of Jesus Christ in the critically acclaimed series, The Chosen, which is the first multi-season series about the life and ministry of Christ. An actor, film producer, and voice artist, Jonathan openly gives witness to his devout Catholic faith both on and off the set.

About the Imitatio Christi Award
The Imitatio Christi Award, translated “Imitation of Christ,” calls to mind the Christian’s responsibility to emulate Christ at all times. This award is bestowed in recognition of the recipient’s steadfast commitment to heeding the call of St. Paul to become an “imitator of God” (Ephesians 5:1-2), providing an authentic Christian witness to the world.

Priscilla & Aquila Award

James & Dr. Angela Harrison

James and Angie have committed their lives as a married couple to the Gospel, like Priscilla & Aquila in the Acts of the Apostles. Their zeal for Christ has blessed the St. Paul Center and many other important causes, providing critical support for the St. Paul Center’s expansion plans and priest outreach. We are pleased and honored to recognize their efforts with the Priscilla & Aquila Award this year.

About the Priscilla & Aquila Award
Priscilla & Aquila were a Roman married couple who became friends with the apostle Paul during his mission to Corinth (see Acts 18:2). They frequently prepared the way ahead of the Apostle for his arrival in a new mission field—especially his missions to Ephesus (Acts 18:19) and Rome (Rom 16:3). They were known for their hospitality, their work in spreading the gospel, and their courage. According to tradition, they died together as martyrs for the faith.
