Who We are
The St. Paul Center for Biblical Theology (the “St. Paul Center”) is the parent of several brands and initiatives—including but not limited to Emmaus Road Publishing, Emmaus Academic, Nova et Vetera Journal, Letter & Spirit Journal, Promise and Fulfillment, and Journey Through Scripture—that share the same user account. Your account for access to any of these brands is a single account with the St. Paul Center.

Information We Collect
Visiting
We record standard information on site visitors, including IP addresses, times and dates, referring/exit pages, operating systems, clickstreams, web browser brands and versions, pages visited, demographic data, and user-interface languages. Our sites set cookies in order to identify repeat visitors. This is statistical data about our visitors and does not by itself personally identify any individual; however, when combined with other information, it may be used to identify you. We collect this information to improve our services, analyze site usage, and enhance user experience.
Registration
In order to use stpaulcenter.com, we encourage you to create an account with us. We require your email address, and you must create a password. We do not store the password or access it, or email it to you if lost. We store an encrypted hash of your password and can only email you a link to reset your password.
In order to use the St. Paul Center Verbum Libraries, Verbum.com, or other compatible products, you will need to create an account with Logos Research Systems, Inc. (“Logos”), subject to their separate privacy policy, available at here. We will not share any of your information with them. Any information they receive will be directly from you.
If you purchase something from us, we collect your address and telephone number to complete the transaction. We exercise great care with credit card information and do not store billing information beyond what is necessary to process your transaction or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy.
Usage Information
We collect statistics on the use of our web site, including but not limited to: pages visited, content viewed, reviews, ratings, payment history, device type, unique device identifiers, operating systems, and content accessed or rendered to screen. We use this information to find bugs, pay royalties to intellectual-property owners, identify areas needing improvement in our user interface, and otherwise improve our products and offerings.
Information Protection
We take your privacy very seriously and implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. We use a secure server. All supplied credit card information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and encrypted into our payment gateway provider's database only during transmission. We do not store complete credit card information.
For your convenience, you may choose to securely store billing information for easy reuse on future transactions, but you can edit and delete billing information at any time. Notwithstanding the foregoing, certain order transaction records may be maintained for a period of time to comply with legal and accounting regulations.

Clear GIFs (Web Beacons / Web Bugs)
Our emails may include tiny graphics that contain unique identifiers that help us detect if an email has been opened. We use this to judge the effectiveness of email marketing and to help us reduce unwanted/unread email.
Business Transitions
In the event the St. Paul Center is sold to, merged with, or acquired by another company, or sells all or a portion of its assets, your personally identifiable information may be among the assets transferred.
