Meet the Presenters

Dr. Scott Hahn

Dr. Scott Hahn

Scott Hahn is the Founder and President of the St. Paul Center. He is also the Fr. Michael Scanlan Professor of Biblical Theology and the New Evangelization at Franciscan University of Steubenville where he has taught since 1990.

Over the last three decades he has delivered thousands of talks and lectures, nationally and internationally, and he is the author and editor of over forty popular and academic books on topics related to scripture, theology, and the Catholic faith.

Dr. John Bergsma

Dr. John Bergsma

John Bergsma is the Vice President of Biblical Theology and Mission Effectiveness at the St. Paul Center. He is also a distinguished Professor of Theology at Franciscan University of Steubenville and a renowned expert in the Old Testament and the Dead Sea Scrolls.

A former Protestant pastor, Dr. Bergsma entered the Catholic Church in 2001 while getting his Ph.D. in Bible from the University of Notre Dame. A close collaborator of Dr. Scott Hahn, Bergsma speaks regularly on Catholic radio and at conferences and parishes nationally and internationally.

Dr. Tim Gray

Dr. Tim Gray

Tim Gray is President of the Augustine Institute and well known Catholic speaker and author. Under Dr. Gray’s leadership, the Augustine Institute has created popular programs including Symbolon, a comprehensive program of faith formation for adults, FORMED, a digital platform with Catholic film, eBooks, and audio talks, and Signs of Grace, a sacramental preparation program for children. He is the author of several books including Peter: Keys to Following Jesus and Praying Scripture for a Change: An Introduction to Lectio Divina.
