Return Policy

Returns accepted for one year from time of purchase with prior authorization. Please call 740-264-9535 to obtain authorization number – number must appear on outside of package to be accepted. Merchandise must be in excellent resalable condition. Customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. All CDs and DVDs are non-returnable.

Event Cancellation Policy

Please help us be good stewards of our resources. If you need to cancel or change your event reservation, we ask that you notify Customer Service at customerservice@stpaulcenter.com as soon as possible. Cancellations within 7 days for parish events will not be refunded. Cancellations within 30 days for other major events (i.e. conferences, retreats, annual Gala) will not be refunded but may be credited to a future event within the next year. Any cancellations without notice will not be refunded or credited to a future event.
