Renewals

Unless you opted for manual renewal, you card will be charged each year (or every other year) on your initial subscription date.

If you opted for manual renewal, you will receive a reminder email before your renewal date. Be sure to renew before your subscription expires to ensure uninterrupted online access and make sure you don’t miss an issue.

Publication Schedule

Nova et Vetera is published quarterly. New subscriptions begin with the issue following the placement of the order. Subscriptions must be received before the publication date to include that issue. We do not support “backdating” of subscriptions to previous issues, but subscribers may purchase back issues at the subscription price (plus shipping) and receive immediate full access to the online archive.

Claiming Missing/Damaged Issues

If you did not receive an issue or received a damaged copy, you can request a replacement issue within 45 days of the publication date.

Change of Address

If you have automatic renewal set up, you can change your address from the subscriptions section of your Account page. Click on the specific subscription and then select “Change Address.” If you miss an issue because of the address change, you must claim this missing issue within 45 days of the publication date (see above).
