You will need a Leader Guide, which includes step-by-step instructions to guide your group.  This guide includes six months of free video streaming of the study, but if you do not want to utilize the streaming, you can also purchase the DVD set. Your participants will each need a Participant Guide.  

In addition, we have the following resources available: 

• To promote the study, you can download the study marketing assets.
• Several of our studies have companion book(s) on which the study is based. This is recommended reading, though it is not essential to the study. 

That is up to you. The Leader Guide is designed to make facilitating the study easier. It contains everything included in the Participant Guide—summaries, review and discussion questions, memory verses, prepared prayers, step-by-step instructions for each lesson, additional background information, and an answer key.

When you purchase 20 Participant Guides or more, you automatically receive a 15% discount. If you are an All-Access Member, you receive 25% off Leader and Participant Guides. 

When purchasing 20 to 99 Participant Guides, we offer a 15% discount for parishes that have established an account with the St. Paul Center. Yes, individuals who purchase the Participant or Leader Guide receive six months of free streaming from the time of purchase. Streaming is a free optional feature. There is no price difference if the purchaser opts not to use streaming.

Leaders who purchase multiple Participant Guides can reach out to customerservice@stpaulcenter.com to receive streaming access codes for participants. Each participant’s 6 months of streaming starts when that participant completes the instructions, not when you place the bulk order.

Journey through Scripture studies can be done in any order. That being said, here is a suggested flow for these studies: 

• Genesis to Jesus: This study gives the participant the “lens” to read and interpret Scripture, through the Heart of the Church. An excellent place to start!
• Bible and the Sacraments: This is ideal for RCIA especially when going over the sacraments of initiation. This can also be good for youth group/Confirmation classes.
• Parousia: The Bible and the Mass: This study goes deeper into where the Mass is found in Scripture using the pre-figurements from the Old Testament, most of which are covered in “Genesis to Jesus.”
• Bible and the Virgin Mary: During the month of May or October, the month of the Rosary, many groups do this study, especially if you have a rosary group or Legion of Mary hosting.
• Holy is His Name: Our most recent study, which guides participants on a journey to better understand the meaning of holiness – the holiness of God and the holiness to which we are all called.
• Bible and the Church Fathers: A good capstone study, showing how the Church learned to read and interpret Scripture as shown in “Genesis to Jesus” and other studies. 

• Bible and the Sacraments, Bible and the Virgin Mary, Bible and the Church Fathers, Genesis to Jesus are presented by Matthew Leonard.
• Holy is His Name, Parousia, Eucharist in Scripture are presented by Dr. Scott Hahn.
