Disclaimer: About this Live Filming

We invite you to be part of an exciting professional production at the Cathedral of St. Joseph in Wheeling, WV. Please be aware that by registering, you are explicitly acknowledging your participation in a live filming. To ensure the success of the shoot, please come prepared to remain seated for extended periods, occasionally lasting one hour or more at a time. To thank you for your time and contribution to this project, a complimentary lunch will be provided for all attendees. 

To stay on schedule, please arrive no later than ten o'clock in the morning so that you are settled and ready for the filming to begin promptly. Upon arrival at the Cathedral, all participants will be required to sign a formal media release upon arrival. We expect the event to wrap up around five o'clock in the evening. Please note that by completing this registration, you acknowledge that you have read these terms and fully agree to be filmed and photographed for the duration of the event.
