Professor of Theology at Franciscan University and Director of the St. Paul Studies Center. As a young convert to Catholicism, reading the encyclicals of Pope St. John Paul II helped open the Scriptures for Dr. Jeffrey Morrow. This pilgrimage represents his own spiritual journey.
Born in Warsaw, Poland, Fr. Aleksander now serves as a priest of the Diocese of Boise at Pope St. John Paul II Parish in Idaho Falls, Idaho. For him, this pilgrimage is more than a journey to beautiful and holy places; it is also a return home.

Yes! Reservations after Dec. 5 are welcome. After that date, rather than a $500 per person deposit, the full $5,949 will be due.
Pilgrimages require a great deal of walking. Although we will take buses from one city to another, we will walk through the major sites we visit. This will mean walking on uneven ground and even cobblestone on most days.
By and large, the weather in Poland in March is cold and gray. You can expect temperatures anywhere between 30 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit.
Yes. A passport is required for international travel. Your passport needs to be valid at least three months past March 13, 2027.
Yes! This is a great opportunity for a high schooler! Not only will your high schooler see many sites associated with some of the greatest saints of the 20th century, but they’ll also get to see sites of great historical significance, like Auschwitz.
In total, your high schooler will miss just six school days—March 5, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12.
