Lord, Have Mercy is the perfect book to help children, and an entire family, learn about and come to fully appreciate the goodness of God’s love and mercy for us. Reading this story to my second-grade daughter who is preparing for First Reconciliation has helped us all become so excited, and grateful, for the gift of Confession. These books are so easy to read, the rhymes are memorable and comforting, and the illustrations are an artistic tour de force that are so lovely to look at and contemplate. Add this book to your library. You’ll love it!”
—Katie Prejean McGrady, Author and Host of The Katie McGrady Show on The Catholic Channel on Sirius XM Radio

“What a treasure of a book to help young hearts begin to learn about the limitless mercy of God. This book will build a beautiful foundation for children to grow up believing in the mercy of God, and also trusting deeply in the personal nature of that mercy for each one of them.”
—Emily Wilson Hussem, Speaker and Author

“Beautiful. That’s the first thought that came to my mind and heart when I read Lord, Have Mercy. The story of the book is literally as old as time—and as relevant as ever. Readers, both children and adults, will be moved by this message. In a world and time where we seem to be able to complicate the most simple matters, Lord, Have Mercy presents God’s love and mercy in a way that all are able to comprehend.”
—Fr. Dave Pivonka, TOR, President of Franciscan University of Steubenville

“Scott and Emily have done it again with a children’s book that brings to life the richest theological truths of our faith in a simple yet stunning children’s story. It is a true masterpiece pointing us all to the open arms and merciful heart of the Father.”
—Stephanie Weinert, Founder of Mother & Home
