I bought recently not realizing this was year B. We are currently in year A. Is there a year A book?

I bought this, and it is a lovely book, and the reflections are insightful and interesting, however, while the Advent season contains all four Sundays of Advent, the Christmas season following skips over Christmas day itself as well as Holy Family Sunday and goes straight to the Solemnity of the Mother of God. Is there a reason for leaving these out? Because even in the table of contents, they are left out. If so, why? I was a bit disappointed not to have a reflection for those two days.

If you like books, this is a BEAUTIFUL volume! The feel of the book in your hand, the paper, binding, illustrations--all top notch. While not providing an in-depth analysis of the readings (which one can get listening to "The Word of the Lord!") there are lots of good thoughts and nice "tie-ins" from the Catechism. It's a pleasure to pick up and read, and would also make a nice gift for someone who is maybe a little more casual in their faith and might be overwhelmed or put off by "larger" resources.
