Meet the Presenters

Dr. Scott Hahn

Dr. Scott Hahn

Scott Hahn is the Founder and President of the St. Paul Center. He is also the Fr. Michael Scanlan Professor of Biblical Theology and the New Evangelization at Franciscan University of Steubenville where he has taught since 1990.

Over the last three decades he has delivered thousands of talks and lectures, nationally and internationally, and he is the author and editor of over forty popular and academic books on topics related to scripture, theology, and the Catholic faith.

Dr. John Bergsma

Dr. John Bergsma

John Bergsma is the Vice President of Biblical Theology and Mission Effectiveness at the St. Paul Center. He is also a distinguished Professor of Theology at Franciscan University of Steubenville and a renowned expert in the Old Testament and the Dead Sea Scrolls.

A former Protestant pastor, Dr. Bergsma entered the Catholic Church in 2001 while getting his Ph.D. in Bible from the University of Notre Dame. A close collaborator of Dr. Scott Hahn, Bergsma speaks regularly on Catholic radio and at conferences and parishes nationally and internationally.

Dr. Edward Sri

Dr. Edward Sri is a theologian, author and well-known Catholic speaker who appears regularly on EWTN. Each year he speaks to tens of thousands of people from around the world, including clergy, parish leaders, catechists and laity.

He is a founding leader with Curtis Martin of FOCUS, where he currently serves as Sr. Vice President of Apostolic Outreach. He holds a doctorate from the Pontifical University of St. Thomas Aquinas in Rome and is an adjunct professor at the Augustine Institute. He resides with his wife Elizabeth and their eight children in Littleton, Colorado.

Dr. Ralph Martin

Dr. Martin received his BA from the University of Notre Dame in Philosophy and received his MA in theology from Sacred Heart Major Seminary. He holds a S.T.L. degree from the Pontifical Faculty of the Immaculate Conception at the Dominican House of Studies in Washington, D.C. and an S.T.D. in systematic theology from the Pontifical Faculty of St. Thomas Aquinas in Rome.

In December of 2011 Pope Benedict XVI appointed Dr. Martin as a Consultor to the Pontifical Council for the Promotion of the New Evangelization. In 2012 Dr. Martin was appointed by Pope Benedict XVI as an "expert" for the World Synod of Bishops on the New Evangelization.

Dr. Lawrence Feingold

Dr. Lawrence Feingold is Professor of Theology at Kenrick-Glennon Seminary in St. Louis. He converted to Catholicism in 1989 together with his wife while engaged in realist marble sculpture in Pietrasanta, Italy. He is the author of Touched by Christ: The Sacramental Economy (2021); The Eucharist: Mystery of Presence, Sacrifice, and Communion (2018); Faith Comes from What Is Heard: An Introduction to Fundamental Theology (2016); The Mystery of Israel and the Church (2010); and The Natural Desire to See God According to St. Thomas Aquinas and His Interpreters (2010).
